According to the latest Manpower Employment Outlook Survey released this week by ManpowerGroup, 22% of employers plan to hire in the second quarter of 2016. This is up 2% from the first quarter of 2016 and the same as this time last year. These stable hiring plans are good; especially when on 4% of employers plan to decrease staff levels.
While these may not seem like the best numbers possible, at least it’s positive.
