In the U.S., the most difficult jobs to fill are:

  1. Skilled Trades
  2. Drivers
  3. Sales Representatives
  4. Teachers
  5. Restaurant & Hotel Staff
  6. Accounting & Finance Staff
  7. Nurses
  8. Laborers
  9. Engineers

The 2016 Talent Shortage Survey reveals that 46% of U.S. employers are experiencing difficulty filling open positions within their organizations. This represents a 14% increase in employers struggling to fill job vacancies over 2015 and is higher than the global total, which increased 2% to 40%.
