Yesterday, we reported on a federal court that found the NLRB’s union rights poster requirement to be unlawful.

Today, a different federal court (the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals) enjoined the rule pending further review of its legality. Here’s the full opinion.

That means the April 30 deadline for posting the notice is now officially dead.

Given the split among the courts, this could end up getting appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. Stay tuned.
