It’s not that I’m focusing on ‘how am I going to get my employees engaged’ but rather, the sum of all the things I do to coach/counsel/motivate that translate into engagement. That said, I probably underestimated my time when answering the survey.

Thanks for the comment, Judy — appreciate the kind words! Yep, it’s a bit hard to estimate total “engagement” time but I just wanted to get a rough idea of what peeps generally do. The results are pretty interesting (at least to me) so far.
The key world in the question is “thinking”…shows the attorney side of you for billing practices j/k One can think all they want but unless it is acted upon it really does no good for the employees or company for that matter
